CEO Message
While I personally believe that we have assembled a team that will be envied amongst junior exploration companies, we have been fortunate in that the range of abilities and the synergies that result from the daily efforts and collaboration of each and every person have made this a very successful first year.Over the past year we have seen many significant successes, such as securing financing, listing on the TSX Venture, graduating to the TSX main board within six months, strengthening of our corporate and technical teams, and the addition of new expertise to our Board of Directors.
We have initiated an aggressive exploration program in the Kenora area from which we have seen the collection of 3,000 new grab and channel samples, over 75,000 data points from scintillometer surveys, and over 12,000 metres of diamond drilling.
Generally, the results from new exploration programs conducted primarily in the fall and winter of 2007-2008 have demonstrated greater physical dimensions to the Company's 100% owned uranium occurrences in the Kenora area.
