Wayne Isaacs

CHAIRMAN & CEO

Wayne Isaacs is currently the Chairman & CEO and co-founder of Delta Uranium Inc. (Sept. 2007 to present). Delta Uranium is a TSX listed Canadian uranium exploration company based in Toronto. The company owns a 100% interest in over 1,000 sq km of uranium exploration properties in Northern Ontario, Canada. After raising over $9 million in a non-brokered private placement, the company is currently engaged in an aggressive exploration program to further define its high value uranium targets. Mr. Isaacs is the largest single shareholder of Delta.

Prior to founding Delta Uranium and for almost five years, Mr. Isaacs was President & Director of Forsys Metals Corp (2003 to 2007), a TSX listed company with uranium properties in Namibia, Africa. During his tenure with Forsys Metals, Mr. Isaacs was involved in raising over $70 million for the company and managed the growth from start up to over $750 million in market capitalization and the development of its uranium properties from exploration stage to resource definition and production decision. Forsys Metals was recently added to the TSX Composite Index.

Mr. Isaacs owned and operated Acadia Capital Corp. (1989 to 2003), a privately held consulting firm specializing in small cap mergers and acquisitions. During this time, he completed as principal over 50 going public transactions and was involved in raising substantial financing for small cap companies.

Mr. Isaacs has been a senior executive and director of over 30 publicly listed companies the majority of which have been in the resource industry. He continues to evaluate opportunities where his strength and skills in creating and building shareholder value through advancing companies to senior levels will be advantageous.

A graduate of the prestigious University of Western Ontario, Mr. Isaacs began his career in corporate finance with a US bank during which time he became the banks youngest Vice President. Mr. Isaacs was recruited by the world's largest foreign currency and precious metals dealer to implement and oversee an international risk management department, including formulation and compiling of trading policies primarily responsible for evaluation and assessing the risk of corporate trading clients based in 17 currencies with the attendant evaluating of the multi jurisdictional (geopolitical, socio economic, currency, etc.) risks.
