PAT MOHAN

Pat Mohan has over 24 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising and Promotions.

Mr. Mohan is the Founder, President and CEO of The Mohan Group (TMG), a Strategic Marketing and Communications Agency. For the past 18 years,
he has been the driving force behind the growth of the company from a fledgling firm to one of the fastest growing and best respected advertising and marketing companies in Canada .

TMG has managed the growth of some of the largest companies in Canada and the US, including Effem (Mars), Molson, Pennzoil-Quaker State, Elizabeth Arden, E-Trade, Sherwin Williams and Unilever. Mr. Mohan continues to be involved with TMG's clientele on a regular basis to ensure all communication solutions meet his client's needs. He has a strong creative and market-driven strategic sense, ensuring that The Mohan Group develops programs that work.

In 2001, Mr. Mohan partnered with two medical doctors and founded a medical software company, MBT Software Systems Inc. The software, MOSt (Medical Office Suite), manages the critical operations of any medical practitioner's office, such as billing, scheduling and patient demographics.

Mr. Mohan is a certified member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, and since June 2005, has been a director of Terax Resources Inc. He is the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee.

Mr. Mohan received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Windsor.
