Mr. Nagamatsu is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of financial experience, in the areas of accounting, management, lending, restructurings and turnarounds.
Miles is a self-employed business advisor, acting as chief financial officer to public and private companies. Miles is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Northfield Metals Inc., an unlisted reporting issuer; NFX Gold Inc., Eloro Resources Ltd., Champion Minerals Inc. and Ransdburg International Gold Corp. listed on TSX Venture Exchange; and Wavex International Inc. listed on NASDAQ Pink Sheets. Miles is also a director of Northfield Metals Inc., Eloro Resources Ltd. and Wavex International Inc.
For over the past 25 years, Miles has served as volunteer Treasurer and Director of the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
