Baldo Minaudo VP CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

During his more than 10 year banking career Baldo conducted extensive analysis on over 100 multi-national corporations, managed an extensive portfolio of commercial borrowing clients and was responsible for the product management of International Trade Finance services globally. He helped hundreds of businesses with his direct involvement and influenced tens of thousands of businesses through his strategic work.

In 1999 Baldo founded VentureMind Corporation, a consulting company specializing in corporate strategy. Involved in strategy and business development, he has been active in spearheading many marketing and communication initiatives for major banks. Other clients have included Hewlett Packard, Ministry of Transportation of Ontario, Vaxa Inc., and HRWorks Inc.

Baldo has been actively networking through many organizations and has developed relationships across all industries and into many countries. He has been involved with the start-up and or growth of over 30 ventures where he has leveraged his ability to identify opportunity and create business models to establish profitable operations.

A graduate of the Masters of Business Administration program from York University's Schulich School of Business Baldo was very active during this time in student business associations. Of note was his involvement with the 'Entrepreneur 88' conference which brought together tens of thousands of participants from across Canada. He has also been involved with organizations such as the Board of Trade Young Professionals in organizing fundraisers and publishing the organization's newsletter.
